We, here at Nice and Naughty Lingerie (www.niceandnaughtylingerie.com), like to keep it simple…so read on and feel free to email us if we didn’t already answer your questions below.
RETURN POLICY
➤ If you want to return a product to us, you must contact us within 15 calendar days of receipt by emailing customer service or by calling us at 1-877-677-3739 ext. 1. You must have the original invoice number and order number to refer to. Returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
You may return an item in its original, UNUSED, brand new condition for any reason by contacting us within 15 calendar days of receiving it. Items MUST not be worn for laws and safety reasons. Customer returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. You will be credited for the merchandise only. The 15 day period begins according to the carrier’s web site tracking pages delivered date. The product must be sent back to us and postmarked within 20 calendar days of your receipt of the product to be accepted. You will receive a refund less your original shipping costs and restocking fee. Shipping costs to return the product are your responsibility.
Due to the increase in shipping costs we reserve the right to bill your account for all shipping fees billed to us due to a package being returned or refused.
➤ Please contact us within 5 calendar days of receipt if, for any reason, you receive the wrong item or there is an item missing from your order so that we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner.
➤ Please contact us within 5 calendar days of receipt if, for any reason, you receive damaged or defective merchandise so that we may get the issue resolved in a timely manner.
➤ If your package is damaged during shipping, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement (or issue a refund if we are sold out of the item). Please keep the original shipping box and item as the carrier may want to pick it up. You must notify us of damaged freight claims within 5 calendar days of receipt of product. Please contact us immediately and provide details.
TO CHECK OUT
➤ We use a third party payment processing, authorization and checkout system. This system allows us to begin processing every order immediately upon receipt of payment. However, with this speed comes the responsibility of the buyer to be certain that all information provided is correct when completing the checkout process. Unfortunately, we are unable to change information, such as shipping address, quantities, etc., once you have completed the checkout process. Yup, even if you send us corrections within a few minutes of paying for an order. That order cannot be changed. Sorry about that. So, please be sure to confirm all information prior to completing your order.

➤ Don’t have a PayPal account? No problem. You can still use PayPal’s checkout system and pay with a Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress or Discover Card. PayPal account is NOT required and checkout is easy!
SALES TAX
➤ We are required, by law, to collect California State Sales Tax. All shipments within California will be charged sales tax.
SHIPPING
➤ We ship within the continental United States.
➤ We do NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
➤ The cost of shipping is calculated during the checkout process.
SHIPPING TIMELINE
➤ In stock orders will generally ship from our warehouse within 24-72 business hours after payment has cleared.
TRACKING
➤ If your shipping method includes tracking and you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days, please email us.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
➤ We will allow a customer to cancel an order prior to shipping. Any and all cancellations are subject to a 15% cancellation fee or $5.00; whichever amount is greater. Once the carrier has the package the item has been shipped and cannot be cancelled.
